WCM Nashville Partners With Perfect Game Creative
Warner Chappell Music (WCM) Nashville has announced a strategic joint partnership with Perfect Game Creative (PGC), a music publishing, management, and A&R consulting company founded and led by longtime A&R executive Jessi Vaughn Stevenson. After an impactful decade at Warner Chappell, where she most recently served as Vice President, A&R and Digital, Stevenson is launching Perfect Game Creative, ushering in a new era of her career.
Through this partnership, Stevenson will continue working with a select group of Warner Chappell writers, including country music hitmakers Morgan Wallen, Parker McCollum, Riley Green, and rising singer-songwriter Schmitty. Perfect Game’s publishing division will partner with WCM to sign and develop talent beginning in January of 2026.

Jessi Vaughn Stevenson has spent the past decade as a key member of the creative team at WCM Nashville, most recently holding the title of Vice President, A&R and Digital. In this role, she has led strategic, forward-thinking initiatives that have helped shape the careers of some of country music’s most influential voices. Stevenson has worked closely with a world-class roster of talent including Jessi Alexander, Aaron Raitiere, Rhett Akins, Hailey Whitters, Randy Montana, Will Bundy, Lee Miller, and Little Big Town, among others.
