Sony Music Publishing Nashville & Verse 2 Music Renew Partnership

Sony Music Publishing Nashville announced the renewal of its partnership with Verse 2 Music, led by multi-platinum, award-winning country music superstar Kane Brown and industry veteran Kent Earls.
Launched in 2021 as a joint venture with Sony Music Publishing, Verse 2 Music (V2) is dedicated to supporting emerging songwriters and artists. The company represents many of today’s top hitmakers across country music including Josh Hoge, Rivers Rutherford, Dylan Schneider, Joybeth Taylor, Gabe Foust and Alex Maxwell.
In the four years since joining with Sony Music Publishing, Verse 2 has delivered over 200 major label releases, scored 11 country airplay singles and achieved four #1 songs including Kane Brown and Katelyn Brown’s “Thank God,” which received critical acclaim and was recognized with the 2023 SESAC Country Song of the Year award.
