Phase Management Evolves Into Phase Entertainment Group

Phase Management is proud to unveil its evolution into Phase Entertainment Group, marking a significant expansion in its scope and influence within the music industry. Headed by multi-award winning industry veteran Jeff Ojeda, this transformation introduces a broader array of services, including Management, Agency, Sync Licensing, and Label Services, solidifying the company’s position as a premier partner for artists seeking to elevate their careers.

This evolution is already delivering landmark achievements. Flagship artist Kyle McKearney, represented by Ojeda, recently secured the largest sync placement in the 18-season history of CBC’s Heartland for a recording artist (featuring four original songs in a single episode) and also announced his Western Canadian tour that is poised to expand across Canada later this year. These milestones highlight Phase Entertainment Group’s dedication to creating unparalleled opportunities for its artists, which also includes JUNO Award-winning and GRAMMY-nominated producer/mixer/engineer Spencer Bleasdale (Randy Bachman, OneRepublic, Diana Krall, Colin James, and more).

“This rebrand reflects our evolution as a company and our commitment to supporting artists in every aspect of their careers,” said Jeff Ojeda, founder of Phase Entertainment Group. “By diversifying our services, we aim to provide the tools and resources necessary for artists to thrive in today’s ever-changing music industry.”

Phase Entertainment Group’s portfolio of accomplishments underscores its dedication to excellence. The company has served as the non-exclusive sync agent for the catalog of multi JUNO Award & CCMA Award winning country artist Brett Kissel, has placed artists’ music in major sync opportunities on programs such as Hallmark’s Ride, Sportsnet, NHL, MLB, Hockey Night in Canada, Pretty Little Thing (UK), MTV’s Teen Mom, Degrassi, and VR game Beat Saber, while also launching innovative marketing campaigns that have been recognized with top industry honours. Under Ojeda’s management, Kyle McKearney has amassed 26 award nominations and 11 wins, including a 2023 CCMA Award for Alternative Country Album of the Year.

Ojeda’s leadership has been acknowledged with numerous accolades, including being nominated for multiple prestigious industry awards in 2024 such as the CCMA Award for Creative Team or Designer of the Year, the Canadian Independent Music Association’s Make It BOLD Award, the Canadian Live Music Association’s Manager of the Year, the Western Canadian Music Awards’ Impact in Music Marketing, and the Country Music Alberta’s Visual Creative(s) of the Year. In 2023, he won the BC Country Music Association’s Creative Professional of the Year, and the Music Managers Forum of Canada’s inaugural Trailblazer Award, further solidifying his status as a leader in innovative music marketing and artist representation.
