Leon Majcen Drops "Right Love, Wrong Time" Featuring Sam Stoane
Noteworthy, emerging country-folk artist Leon Majcen has released “Right Love, Wrong Time,” his latest single featuring Sam Stoane, which will be part of his forthcoming eight-track album, Better Days, releasing later this month.
Ringing true to his signature sound, the track promptly captivates your attention with its striped down style, pairing simple melodies with heavy, honest lyrics. Produced in Woodstock, NY by Jon Notar, “Right Love, Wrong Time” reflects on the all too familiar circumstance many find themselves facing, finding a connection with someone that you know isn’t the right fit for you at the time. “I wrote this one with Sam Stoane and Austin Plaine,” shares Majcen. “I think a lot of people can relate to it in their own way. Sam is a killer artist and she was the perfect fit for a feature on this tune.”

“Writing this song with Austin and Leon was seamless,” adds Stoane. “We’re all just such honest writers and I think when the entire room is that way, there’s not much room for overthinking. He’s one of the greatest male vocalists of our generation and I’ve always been a fan of how he writes because it resembles John Prine to me. I’m thankful to be able to work with him and call him a dear friend.”
The singer-songwriter just wrapped up touring alongside Evan Honer on his Spring Tour and Vincent Neil Emerson on his Big Wheels Tour and found himself playing for his largest crowd to-date on March 15.
