Dawson Slade Signs Global Publishing Deal

Warner Chappell Music (WCM) and 1 Track Music have signed a global publishing deal with rising singer-songwriter Dawson Slade. From learning how to play the guitar at just four years old and songwriting as soon as he could read and write, his passion for music runs deep. After moving to Nashville in 2023, he released his debut single “Home in my Heart,” followed by “Goodbye Means” earlier this year.

An Alabama-native, Dawson Slade takes inspiration from renowned songwriters like Dean Dillon, Tony Lane, and Eric Church. As a single father, Slade pours his personal experiences and Southern roots into his songwriting, creating music that resonates with audiences.
