Big Loud Records Appoints Jamie Younger As VP Of Marketing

Big Loud Records has announced the appointment of Jamie Younger as Vice President of Marketing, further strengthening the label’s executive leadership as it continues to break new artists, dominate the charts and expand its impact across country music and beyond.

In her new role, Younger will oversee marketing strategy and execution for select artists on Big LoudRecords’ incredible roster, leading album and single campaigns, fan engagement initiatives and cross-platform marketing efforts. Younger will be based out of Big Loud’s Nashville office and report to Brianne Deslippe, SVP/Head of Marketing.

Deslippe shares, “Jamie is a proven, artist-first marketing executive with a track record of delivering culturally impactful campaigns across both emerging and established artists. Her depth of experience and strategic leadership make her a strong addition to our team, and we’re excited to have her help drive the next phase of growth for our roster.”

“I’m beyond thrilled to join Big Loud Records at such an exciting time,” says Younger. “Their fearless approach to artist development has redefined modern country music and I’m eager to help amplify these world-class stories, drive artist marketing campaigns, and further champion our incredible roster on the global stage.”

Dubbed a Variety Hitmaker and a HITS Magazine Noisemaker, Younger has been influential in developing album release campaigns for an impressive range of artists including Zac Brown Band, Ashley McBryde, Gabby Barrett, The Castellows, Sheryl Crow, Charlie Worsham and many others. Most recently, Younger oversaw Release Strategy and Artist Development at The Core Records, where she worked with rising newcomers including Brandon Wisham, Hannah McFarland and projects such as the iHeart Award-nominated Nobody Wants This Season 2: The Soundtrack.

Prior to that, Younger spent more than 12 years at Warner Music Nashville, where she played a pivotal role in the meteoric rise of Bailey Zimmerman, overseeing planning, creation and execution of the marketing strategy for his record-breaking debut album, Religiously. The Album.

Younger’s career began in Nashville’s Roots and Americana community, working closely with artists including Justin Townes Earle and Drive-By Truckers, before joining American Songwriter as Marketing Director. There, she helped expand the publication’s now-renowned Lyric Contest, connecting unknown songwriters with “dream co-writes” alongside artists such as Chris Stapleton, Ashley Monroe and Brent Cobb.
