WCM Nashville Promotes Eric Reid

Warner Chappell Music (WCM) Nashville has promoted rising music professional Eric Reid to Jr. Manager, A&R. In his new role, he will focus on identifying and nurturing new talent, pitching songs and creating new opportunities for the publisher’s growing roster. Additionally, he will continue supporting efforts to onboard new songwriters, maintain updated marketing materials and assist with songwriting camps. Reid will report to Austen Adams, President, WCM Nashville.

“Eric brings a lot of passion and drive to everything that he does,” says Austen Adams, President, WCM Nashville. “He consistently goes above and beyond for our team, and our songwriters trust and respect him. We’re excited to see him grow in this next chapter.”

“I am incredibly thankful to be afforded the opportunity to continue my career at Warner Chappell,” adds Reid. “Thank you to all of my mentors and friends that have provided guidance and support, especially Jessi Vaughn Stevenson, Bethany Mako, Phil May, Austen Adams, and our entire Warner Chappell team. It is a privilege to work with people that believe in me so much. I am honored to continue working with such talented songwriters and dedicated industry professionals, as well be a part of the Music Row community. I’m excited for the next chapter as I take on this new role!”

Reid joined WCM Nashville in 2024 as a Coordinator, following a variety of internships with Liv Write Play, Round Hill Music, Creative Nation, Twelve6 Entertainment, and BMI. He demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by co-founding Four Count Entertainment, a boutique artist development company, and Who’s Next, a Nashville-based writer’s round spotlighting diverse songwriting talent. Reid also serves as the Director of Education on the board of Young Entertainment Professionals Nashville (YEP).
