Randall King & Artist Manager Clayton Toney Join Neon Coast

Neon Coast, the artist development company founded by music veteran Martha Earls and management home to Kane Brown, announced today that artist Randall King and his longtime day-to-day manager Clayton Toney have joined the company’s management roster. The announcement comes on the heels of new music in the pipeline, as well as 2026 shows throughout the U.S., U.K., and Europe.
A West Texas native and touring juggernaut, King has emerged as a leading voice in Country music, amassing more than 500 million streams with songs like “You In A Honky Tonk,” “Hey Cowgirl,” and “Mirror, Mirror.” King first built a grassroots following through electrifying live shows that blend rowdy energy with romantic tenderness, and has since headlined across the world, playing nearly 150 shows a year.
Toney has also stepped into Neon Coast as Artist Manager, continuing as King’s point of contact and now co-manager. Over the past seven years, Toney has been instrumental in building King’s career, helping execute more than 1,500 live shows and supporting the creative development of all EPs and albums, including Into The Neon, further cementing King’s status as a modern torchbearer for traditional country.
In addition to his work with King, Toney brings significant A&R experience from his involvement in projects for Cody Johnson, including Human: The Double Album and Leather Deluxe Edition. Among those highlights is his role in helping identify Johnson’s breakout hit “’Til You Can’t,” a multi-week No. 1, CMA Single of the Year and Video of the Year winner, GRAMMY Award recipient, and 5x Platinum-certified song, as well as contributions to Johnson’s CMA Album of the Year–winning Leather Deluxe Edition.
“Randall and Clayton are exactly the kind of artist-manager partnership we love to support,” says Martha Earls, Founder of Neon Coast. “They’ve grown something special the right way — on the road, through songs that matter, and with a clear creative vision. We’re excited to welcome them to the Neon Coast family and help amplify what they’ve already built.”
“It’s been a pleasure working with Randall since the early days of his career, and I’m grateful to Martha and the Neon Coast team for sharing our continued vision for his future,” adds Toney. “We knew from our first meeting that their passion for Randall and all he’s accomplished was unparalleled. Their excitement and eagerness were contagious and easy to see, and we can’t wait to see where this partnership takes us.”
