Manhead Appoints Jennifer Pirch As VP Of Retail & Licensing

Manhead has appointed Jennifer Pirch as Vice President of Retail & Licensing, as the company continues to expand its retail and licensing business and prepares to exhibit at Licensing Expo in Las Vegas for the first time.
Manhead represents a growing roster of artists including Deftones, Alice In Chains, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, and Joan Jett, and is building its footprint across retail and licensing as it expands into new product categories and partnerships.
In her role, Pirch will lead global retail expansion and licensing strategy, with a focus on scaling distribution, entering new categories, and developing partnerships.
“Fans are engaging with artists in more ways than ever,” says Pirch. “Beyond apparel, our artists are largely untapped in categories like collectibles, gaming, and food and beverage, and we see significant opportunity to build fan-first programs across these spaces.”
Pirch brings more than 15 years of experience across music, entertainment, and consumer products, with deep expertise in brand partnerships, licensing, and retail development. She previously held leadership roles at Apex Global Brands and Bravado, Universal Music Group’s merchandise and brand management division. Having started her career as a designer, she brings an end-to-end perspective across product development and dealmaking, with experience spanning toys, apparel, and multi-category licensing partnerships.
“We’ve seen real momentum in retail and licensing, and bringing Jennifer on is a big step forward,” said Nick Metroka, Chief Operating Officer at Manhead. “She understands how to build these extensions in a way that feels authentic and resonates with fans.”
