The Long Island, NY native invited opener Ava Hall to join him for a special collaboration on his track “Pretty Girls” from his latest EP, 'When You Know You Know,' and later in the night he welcomed Kenny Whitmire to perform Vince Gill’s “Liza Jane."

Johnny Clawson has renewed his global publishing deal with SMACKSongs. Clawson earned his first No. 1 in 2025 with Blake Shelton’s “Texas,” which was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2025 CMA Awards and named one of NSAI’s “10 Songs I Wish I’d Written.” Just one month later, Ella Langley’s “weren’t for the wind” became Clawson’s second No. 1 and the hit climbed to the Top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100, later winning Song of the Year at the 2026 AIMP Awards and earning a Triple Platinum certification.
